As one of the most sought after names in bass music, we are absolutely loving the launch of Shaun Dean Audio and the music it is already yielding. For example, this two track project from the man himself is a perfect showcase of modern bassline themes as 'Advisory' warbles into play with its high energy bass tonality and sharp drum processing below. On the flip side, we are given 'Blitz', a much more melodic exploration into bass culture, focussing on numerous areas from a constantly evolving bass synth, to the choir of distant chord progressions and super catchy vocal structures. Excellent.
