The legacy that Chip Butty holds within UK bass music is pretty outstanding at this point, pushing their sound forward come rain, sleet or shine. This latest box of fun sees Phatworld unleash a potent new single by the name of 'Stormaz', a composition jam packed with dancefloor energy, lethal synthesis and catchy Stormzy samples from the off. This is a release that is all about the remixes however as we see a top quality host gather to get involved. Firstly, Dr Cryptic gives us an electrifying overhaul, followed by Burt Cope's niche-inspired 4x4 recreation and Mintnite's explosive bassline bust out. Finally, the high tempo rhythms and sizzling LFO lines of Baadwrk's remix put the final touches on an excellent selection. Fire!
