Whenever we see the Artikal imprint appear in the forthcoming releases section of the store we can't help getting a tad excited, and this latest four tracker from Sabab is the perfect example as to why. We kick off with the dungeon-ready sub warbles and dubby drum delays of 'System Skank', followed by the intense bassline LFO's and eerie, distant atmospheric pad structures of 'Piercing White Light'. The haunted feelings continue as we move forward with the spacey snare smacks and grizzly synthesizer designs of 'Fittest Of The Fittest', reminding us of early Dub Police work, with the EP then rounding out with 'Unity', a futuristic dubwise adventure, driven forward by extensive chord delays and an overall chilling feel.
