REVIEW
Following on from a very strong run of releases to kick start the first half of the year, we are very happy to see Southpoint back on their album steeze, this time bringing forward the well renowned abilities of grime producer, MC and DJ: Jakebob. The album consists of 12 heaters, some vocal and then some instrumental, all showcasing just how energetic grime can be, with his signature, eskimo inspired sound weaved flawlessly throughout the project. For us the immediate stand outs have to be the reggae inspired construction of 'Woki', the sharp, grimey slices of 'R Riddim' and of course the demonic string structures of 'Outside'. Excellent stuff!
